At Ramshida Collections, each of our fashion items is carefully curated and quality-checked before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, as we begin processing immediately to ensure timely dispatch.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products (sizing variations, hygiene reasons, and limited inventory), we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A photo of the item
  • Your order ID
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We’ll review your request and, if eligible, offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • items purchased during sale or discount periods
  • Customized or altered outfits
  • Innerwear and dupattas (due to hygiene reasons)
