Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item if it’s damaged, please review the return and refund policy below.

Returns

- Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns are not accepted if the item is not damaged.

- Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or given as store credit.

Refunds are not available for items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or otherwise returned in an unsellable condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or full refund, or store credit, including reasonable return shipping costs. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
