At Ramshida Collections, we aim to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time. Please read the information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Orders are not normally processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping and tracking information via Email, WhatsApp or Instagram.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.
India: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International: 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and shipping service.
These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location, order size, and the available shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or other shipping offers. Any applicable offer will be displayed on our website or at checkout.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
Customs clearance may also cause additional delays.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.
If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information provided.
If a shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at RamshidaCollections@gmail.com. or message us on WhatsApp for quick reply and resolution with your order number so that we can assist you.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is also subject to the carrier's operations and circumstances beyond our direct control.
